Every flat-rate quote gets written in advance, and materials — boxes, packing paper, tape, wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes — are built into that number rather than billed separately after the fact.
Middle Tennessee State University’s May and August move-out windows are the single busiest stretch on our calendar. Whole complexes near campus empty out within about 72 hours, and a lot of families only have one weekend day to make it happen.
